Glorify Glow, a brand that emerged during a time of uncertainty, has blossomed into a flourishing business that thoughtfully incorporates the essence of Haitian culture into each product. Alysha Dadaille began exercising her passion through business when she was only fifteen years old during the global pandemic that historically threw the world off course. She found, amid confusion, that the public demanded healthier products to use in common practice. Many people were no longer complicit with blindly trusting businesses that infused their items with chemicals and other harmful ingredients. There was an element of counterproductivity on behalf of companies that was becoming clear to consumers. Alysha answered this rising public desire with her carefully crafted soaps, facial oils, candles, and room sprays that are now available to mindful shoppers.
Growing up in a Haitian family, business owner Alysha recounts using natural remedies such as Aloe Vera and Cerasee when she was young. Used for pain and scarring, she found these products helped her immensely in curing these symptoms. In hopes of giving the public access to these ingredients, Alysha infuses her products with traditional Haitian herbs to recreate the healing effect she experienced firsthand. While Cerasee is popularly used in tea brewing, the healing effects are also significantly beneficial. One of the business’ best-selling products is a Cerasee and Aloe Vera soap, highly reminiscent of her childhood solutions. Although not entirely, Glorify Glow caters to a majority Haitian customer base and aims to fulfill this population’s desires, which means incorporating tradition. Business owner Alysha maintains consistency in providing satisfaction to her customers in every sale, doing so by including these essential elements of Haitian culture in their products.
Now at nineteen years old, Alysha finds the public response to the business incredibly endearing and motivating. Glorify Glow has an element of authenticity that is rare to find among successful businesses. Located in Brockton, shoppers can visit her pop-up at the Brockton Farmer’s Market every Friday. The market is active from June through October from 10 am to 2 pm. Glorify Glow is prepared two months in advance and the markets are essential in helping the company expand its customer base and connect with individuals seeking clean products. Alysha finds immense enjoyment in working in this environment. As the face of her business, connecting with customers will always be an intention of hers. In these settings, she is reminded of how her business started–with the goal to create skincare products that effectively deliver results. Glorify Glow aims to bring comfort to any person using something from the shop. Whether clients are searching for a relaxing room spray, or seeking to clear their skin, Glorify Glow guarantees customer satisfaction with every purchase.
