Jill Goodwin and Lexi Nashawaty toast with a yummy Summer of Love…let’s Glamp!

  • 4 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 1½ ounces St. Germain (or homemade) elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • splash Prosecco

Muddle raspberries and combine with lemon and elderflower liqueur and shake vigorously. Double strain straight up in a coupe, top with a Prosecco float, and garnish with a lemon wheel.
