A: Laurie Hepworth and Michael Hart launched edible South Shore & South Coast (now Edible Southeastern Massachusetts) in 2008 out of a shared love for local food and community. Laurie loves food — talking about it, reading about it, cooking it, and especially eating it. Michael got involved because he loves Laurie … and because he’s often hungry. Conveniently for both of them, he’s also a photographer and graphic designer.
