
Cream Cheese Souffles
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon unsalted butter for buttering the molds
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped cream cheese
- 1 large egg preferably organic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- For an elegant first course or a nice dinner, you can serve these easy soufflés in individual containers or spooned from a larger mold.
