- 1 tablespoon marsh mallow root
- 1 cup warm (not boiling) water
Mix marsh mallow root with warm (not boiling) water.
Let steep in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
Feel free to enhance the taste by adding peppermint leaf, lemon balm, or chamomile leaves.
Since the tea is made with the plant’s roots and not the leaves, it will need to steep for several hours or even overnight.
