Onion/Thyme Tea (very effective to combat a cold)

  • 1 medium size onion cut in smaller pieces
  • 2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups boiling water

Pour the boiling water over the onion thyme mix.

Let sit covered for 15 minutes, then strain.

Add a spoon of honey and enjoy.

The onion/thyme mixture can be brewed over two more times.
