• 2 teaspoons of dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 cup boiling water

Steep thyme in one cup boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Strain and add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste.

In Hortense’s house, she also adds a chopped onion to this tea and, although it has a strong taste, her family happily drinks it because they have found it so effective over the years.
