Every June over 1000 small Poinsettia plugs arrive–no bigger than your thumb–enough to fill a greenhouse from top to bottom. For 6 months they are lovingly cared for to provide local churches, hospitals, business lobbies, and of course, loyal customers a beautiful locally raised holiday plant. What started as a way to keep the greenhouses functioning over 25 years ago has turned into a way to connect with the community.
