Oysters harvested by Ichabod Flat Oyster Co. come from local waters, which makes them some of the freshest, most delectable, and delicious results of a labor of love.
Owned and operated by Don Wilkinson, Sean Withington, and Michael Withington, their harvesting area is part of the first oyster farms in the flourishing aquaculture program of Plymouth. Oysters play a big role in how we enjoy seaside meals in the summer, but these harvesters work hard all year long in all types of weather to bring that unforgettable taste of a carefree summer’s day anytime you crave it.
