What is Pink Bean Coffee?
Pink Bean Coffee is a vibrant coffee shop in Somerset that specializes in organic, pour-over style coffee and crave-worthy food and smoothies. It all began in the summer of 2013 as a stand at the Somerset farmers’ market—and the response was electric! That initial excitement led to the opening of an express location in Fall River, followed by a full retail café in Somerset in 2018. Today, Pink Bean is much more than a coffee stop—it’s a welcoming community hub where people come together to enjoy delicious food, great conversation, and a little local flavor.
What makes Pink Bean Coffee unique?
Everything at Pink Bean is made with intention and heart. From the coffee beans to the house-made veggie burgers, smoothies, syrups, and even gluten-sensitive bread—quality is the priority. Their pastries are baked fresh every day, and the smoothies are packed with real, whole fruits and veggies. The vibe? One-of-a-kind. The café’s charming koi pond and cozy patio set the scene for a peaceful, refreshing experience you won’t find anywhere else.
What will I find on the menu at Pink Bean Coffee?
Whether you’re craving a bold espresso, a fresh smoothie, or a satisfying breakfast sandwich, Pink Bean has something to delight every palate. The menu features all the café classics, plus creative specialties like the House Specialty Mojó—an espresso-based drink that takes a full 36 hours to create! Try it as-is, or go for the Half Time Mojó (half cold brew, half Mojó) or the indulgent Fro Mo, blended with vanilla ice cream and espresso sprinkles.
Smoothie fans will love options like the Tropical Breeze or the cleverly named Chunky Chimp (banana, chocolate, PB, honey, and milk). Smoothie bowl standouts include the Açaí Bowl and the decadent Chocolate Mousse Bowl, made with raw cocoa and topped with house-made granola.
Hungry for more? Breakfast and lunch options range from hearty sandwiches like the Mac Attack and Portuguese Kid to wraps, melts, salads, and bowls. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners will also find plenty of options, and most dishes can be easily customized to suit dietary needs. For added convenience, curbside pickup is available via the Pink Bean app and website.
