• 3 hop cones
  • 6 mint flower spikes
  • 4 pink clover blossoms
  • 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 tablespoon linden flowers
  • local honey*, to taste

Put 3 cups local spring water in a small pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, add hops, and simmer very gently for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add remaining flowers. Cover and allow to steep for 8 minutes. Strain into chalices, stir in just enough honey to balance the bitterness of the hops, arrange your coverlet and bolsters, pull your bed curtains, sip, and sleep.
