Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1½ cups water or more if needed
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 scoop plain protein powder optional
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add water, yogurt, blueberries, banana, honey, chia seeds, and protein powder (if using). Process until thick and creamy. Taste and adjust as desired.
